xc
vj's cross country run today. hmmm i dunno how to start this post actually.
actually its my first ever cross country run. first ever. yup. i had never run in any of the yearly xc runs while in vs cos i didnt have to, while last year i ponned tj's road run before chinese new year. so today was actually my very first xc run.
quite sad i missed my target (yes i did set a target). knowing that vj ppl are all so imba in terms of fitness levels, i set a seemingly easily achievable target (hint: my favourite bus!) but i still screwed it by 25 places. oh well. im not gonna make any excuses cos i dont have any. ahha jus cant help being honest. anw for the ppl who know what my favourite bus is, you jus hafta agree that its a real lousy position, even for a first ever xc run.
anyway the exams are nearing (11 days!) and i realise that common tests actually do cover quite a lot of topics. which means its time to study. sighs. plus arsenal lost this morning. double sighs.
random fact of the day: katharine (not katherine) mcphee's album is nice!

ok i'll still be using this dland account for now cos there really isn't any real need to change yet. plus i'm feeling really lazy and that the dland interface is so simple and clean i dont feel like dumping it. yet.

went visiting to the only relative i have in singapore. who isnt really that familiar either. so im not really sure what his relationship with me is. but anyway, it beats having no one to visit cos that would probably mean no red packets. haha jk lah. im not that greedy.
anyway he's pretty old already, and he's already a grandfather to some ppl i dont know either. and he's about to become a greatgrandfather in september too.
